Behind the scenes, they deal with the mountains of paperwork and typing of the referral letters. Please be assured that all information handled by any member of staff is treated in the strictest confidence.
James and Melanie have over forty years' experience in primary care between them having both been with the practice for over twenty years.

They are not clinically trained, nor are they allowed to divulge any confidential information to anyone other than the patient, so please do be understanding of this in your dealing with the practice. .
