The calm app may also be helpful for relaxation.

Exercise is really important and there are many classes you can follow for all ages on You Tube.

There are podcasts you can listen to about looking after yourself - try "Feel better, live well"

Better together Dorset (on facebook or you tube) is a local initiative to help people look after themselves at this difficult time
