James Leyland & Melanie Dobson
Dip.PCHM James and Melanie are responsible for the administration of the entire practice. They lead a team of some 35 members of staff. The staff at the practice provide the smiling faces behind the reception desk. They work hard answering the telephones and processing repeat prescriptions. Behind the scenes, they deal with the mountains of paperwork and typing of the referral letters. Please be assured that all information handled by any member of staff is treated in the strictest confidence. James and Melanie have over forty years' experience in primary care between them having both been with the practice for over twenty years. |
Reception
Mrs Louise Lewis
Louise is our Reception & Office Manager who oversees our hard working and dedicated team of fifteen admin and reception staff. They are the backbone of the practice, tirelessly working behind the scenes to help our patients by giving them a friendly and efficient service. They are not clinically trained, nor are they allowed to divulge any confidential information to anyone other than the patient, so please do be understanding of this in your dealing with the practice. . |
