Health for Young People provides you with information to stay safe and healthy, as well as helping you decide what to do when you feel unwell. This includes information on mental and physical health conditions affecting those between 0 and 18 yrs.

Young minds aims to help those under 25 years by offering mental health support and giving them the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties. Their guides allow you to find out more about different mental health conditions, how to cope with your feelings about it and what support is available to you.

Moodjuice is a website developed in Scotland, designed to help you think about emotional problems and work towards solving them. Under the “professional” section on the left hand side of the page there are some self-help guides.
